Membership Agreement

Thank you for considering the auto bill membership feature with ANYASolutions. Please read this agreement carefully and in full before agreeing to create an account and authorize recurring payments. Please verify that all information provided is complete and accurate before confirming your agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Billing – Memberships require monthly billing using a credit or debit card. Memberships can’t be set up or processed without valid credit card information. ANYASolutions is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible or obligated to pay for a member’s insufficient fund penalties and/or “over the limit” fees.
Cancellation – Memberships CAN NOT be canceled, nor refunded within the first 60 days (2 billing cycles) of activation. After 60 days, memberships may be canceled by written notice to moc.snoitulosayna%40nonnahs or via text at 615-485-5293. A 7-day notice is required in order to cancel before your next billing cycle. Membership credits will remain in the member's “wallet” for use for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation and then will be forfeited.Cancellation due to nonpayment or insufficient funds – In the event a member fails to secure payment after three automatic attempts, the membership will automatically cancel. Failure to reinitiate membership within 30 days will result in forfeiture of any unused credits. Members can avoid this by securing payment within 30 days at which time a hold can be requested or formal cancellation of the membership.
Duration – Membership and start of benefits commence on the date of your first payment until canceled. There is no commitment to memberships outside of the first 60 days. Members may request their membership accounts be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 consecutive months after 2 active months of billing when requested by written notice to moc.snoitulosayna%40nonnahs or via text at 615-485-5293. A 7-day notice is required in order to place holds before your next billing cycle. During the hold period, only existing credits may be used; however, no further membership rewards can be utilized during hold periods to include “free products” or other discounts.Prices – Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a change in membership price, members will receive a 30-day notification of any change via email.
Refunds – Refunds of memberships cannot be processed for the first 2 months of active membership. Thereafter, ANYASolutions will refund any unused account credits, minus a 15% processing fee, for a maximum of 3 months' value. Any amounts beyond 3 months will not be refunded but will remain active for use for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation and then will be forfeited.Use of Credits – Membership fees are converted into account credits that will remain in your account “wallet” for use. Credits will expire in 12 months if not used.
Transferability – Memberships may not be transferred; however, memberships may be “shared” or “gifted” by written notice to moc.snoitulosayna%40nonnahs or via text at 615-485-5293 prior to the “shared” or “gifted” person's appointment.
