Shannon Fielding, RN-MSN, LE, LMT, CPE
Shannon Fielding, RN-MSN, LE, LMT, CPE, began his medical career more than 30 years ago, and now, he uses his years of expertise to provide quality advanced aesthetic care to each of our patients. As a true caregiver and a passionate professional, his mission is to create true, lasting change in his patients’ lives.
Shannon is a highly educated and professional member of the American Medical Spa Association (AMSPA), SkinCare Professionals Association, International Society for Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, American Electrology Association, Colorado Electrology Association, American Nurses Association, Colorado Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, and the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, and holds a national certification as a Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE).
Now, at ANYASolutions, we have the pleasure of working closely with Shannon to bring peace and rejuvenation to all who enter our clinic. Tuesday Koester is a licensed esthetician with five years of experience specializing in electrolysis, advanced facials, and full-body waxing. In 2021, she began collaborating with Shannon, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey following the completion of her Associate’s degree in 2019. Beyond her passion for skincare, she enjoys a content home life with her spouse and their two cats.

- Expanding business seeking enthusiastic proactive “right hand” medical/office assistant(s) to help run our family medicine/aesthetics practice and teaching facility.
- In addition to assisting with office administrative tasks and procedures, the medical assistant, after training, will have the opportunity to independently perform some delegated services.
- The ideal candidate would possess an interest in obtaining or have an active esthetic license.
- Flexible scheduling for the right candidate. New graduates will be considered with a letter of recommendation from school/instructor.
Esthetician
- Are you a new graduate or an experienced and licensed esthetician?
- Are you a self-starter with a passion for patient care and a strong interest in medical esthetics?
- Expanding business seeking enthusiastic proactive esthetician(s) to help run our family medicine/aesthetics practice and teaching facility.
- In addition to assisting with office administrative tasks and procedures, the esthetician, after training, will have the opportunity to independently perform some delegated services and your choice of licensed/credentialed services.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be enthusiastic, positive, self-driven, proactive, have a strong desire to provide excellent patient-centered services, and successfully thrive in an occasionally fast paced environment.
- Flexible scheduling for the right candidate. New graduates will be considered with a letter of recommendation from school/instructor.
- The ideal experienced candidate would possess an interest in teaching basic and advanced esthetic certifications/courses but must have been licensed and practicing for a minimum of 2 years.
Electrologist
- Are you interested in starting a rewarding career in or have experience with electrolysis hair removal?
- Are you a self-starter with a passion for patient care and a strong interest in medical esthetics?
- Expanding business seeking enthusiastic proactive experienced electrologist or electrologist trainee to help run our family medicine/aesthetics practice and teaching facility.
- In addition to assisting with office administrative tasks and procedures, the electrologist/electrologist trainee, after training, will have the opportunity to independently perform some delegated services.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent natural or corrected vision, depth perception, and eye-hand coordination, excellent customer service skills, be enthusiastic, positive, self-driven, proactive, have a strong desire to provide excellent patient-centered services, and successfully thrive in an occasionally fast paced environment.
- Flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
- The ideal candidate would possess an interest in teaching certifications/courses but must have been practicing for a minimum of 2 years with a CPE (Certified Professional Electrologist) certification preferred.
